Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all orders placed with Leiben LLC. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing and shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to delay, hold, refuse, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, payment verification issues, or shipping restrictions.
Orders are not considered shipped until a shipping confirmation has been sent.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
We ship using third party carriers selected at our discretion. Shipping options and delivery estimates may vary based on destination and availability.
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for carrier delays, service interruptions, weather events, labor disruptions, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier.
Free Shipping
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions within the United States or Canada. Free shipping, when offered, is subject to change or termination at any time without notice.
Free shipping applies only to qualifying orders as defined at the time of purchase and applies solely to the outbound shipping cost.
If an order that qualified for free shipping is returned for a refund, we reserve the right to deduct the actual outbound shipping cost incurred by us from the refund amount.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in writing.
Free shipping promotions do not apply to expedited services, oversized shipments, remote area surcharges, special handling fees, customs charges, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees.
We reserve the right to determine eligibility for free shipping at our sole discretion.
United States Shipping
Shipping within the United States typically takes 3 to 7 business days after processing.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Additional fees resulting from address changes, rerouting requests, delivery intercepts, or failed delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve the shipment, reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Canada Shipping
Shipping to Canada typically takes 5 to 10 business days after processing and is subject to customs clearance.
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by Canadian authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not collect, control, or estimate these fees.
We are not responsible for delays, holds, inspections, seizures, or additional documentation requirements imposed by customs authorities.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges, original outbound shipping costs, and any additional fees incurred.
Delivery Confirmation and Lost Packages
Delivery is deemed complete once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier.
Claims for lost shipments must be submitted within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist.
Damaged Shipments
Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. We may require photographs of the shipping carton, packaging materials, and product prior to issuing a replacement or refund.
Failure to provide requested documentation may result in denial of the claim.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leiben LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from shipping delays, lost shipments, customs actions, delivery failures, or carrier errors.
Our total liability relating to any shipment shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
This Shipping Policy and any disputes arising out of or relating to shipping, delivery, or transportation of products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to this Shipping Policy shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia. By placing an order, you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objections based on inconvenient forum or similar grounds.
Force Majeure
Leiben LLC shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its shipping obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control.
These events may include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, strikes, carrier disruptions, supply chain interruptions, governmental actions, public health emergencies, pandemics, customs inspections, power outages, transportation failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of a force majeure occurrence, performance shall be suspended for the duration of the event, and Leiben LLC shall not be liable for any resulting damages, losses, or delays.
